Our pharmaceutical grade empty gelatin capsules are simple and easy to use. The capsule is made of two parts, the body and the cap. To make your own supplements, take one capsule and pull/twist apart the cap from the body, then dip the body into the herb or vitamin to scoop up the powder then tap the top of the body with your finger to push in the ingredients, repeat as necessary to completely fill the body. Once the desired amount is achieved place the cap to the body and squeeze to lock the body and cap together.

For convenience we supply our capsules in an easy to use stand up re-sealable pouch. Once you have made a few supplements, simply close the bag by applying pressure along the top of the pouch, safely & easily sealed ready for next time.
