Directions/Usage

Suggested dosage for colon cleansing is 1 capsule per 25lb(11.4 kilos) of body weight. Some prefer to take from 2 to 8 capsules with 8 oz of pure water. One should wait at least one hour prior to or after a meal before ingesting. It is totally safe and has been used by women during pregnancy and nursing. After 10 15 days at 1 capsule per 25ibs body weight reduce to a maintenance level of 1 to 5 caps per day. rather than continue taking on a permentant basis it is best to have a bereak every few months for 6 - 8 weeks. There are no known side-effects and the body has many beneficial uses for magnesium. Magnesium peroxide can only split into oxygen and magnesium.
