Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.

Our payments are made using SagePay or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card information securely encrypted over the Internet.

If currency conversions are provided at the shopping cart, they are for your guidance only, and may not represent the actual amount applied to your credit/debit card by your Bank or Card Company.

Whilst Health Leads UK Ltd. ship to over 70 countries worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are sent by either 1st class post or courier. We strive to despatch your order the day it is placed with us (subject to availability) but orders placed before 1.00pm take priority.

Back Orders

Back Orders: For orders delivered within the UK, if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the item is free (part of the "4 for 3 offer") and on back order, we will send when available or offer a similar priced HL item. Free items cannot be refunded. For overseas orders, due to higher delivery costs, if your item is not in stock, we will contact you before sending you order.

Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included. We warmly welcome orders from outside the European Union and where applicable we will reduce VAT to zero (this is done off-line).

Credit/Debit Card Security

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) service for your security. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
