Postage & Packing is £1.95 per order for orders up to £25, £3.25 per order for orders between £25 - £100, £5.90 per order for orders over £100 except for orders weighing more than 1.5 kilos to: (1) BT postcodes (N. Ireland) where a £2.50 surcharge applies; and (2) Highlands & Islands (Scotland) where a £5.50 surcharge applies. Orders from outside the UK will be at the current British Post Office air mail rate and will be added to your invoice off-line. No handling or additional charges apply.
Whilst Health Leads UK Ltd. ship to over 50 countries worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. Also if any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card information securly encrypted over the Internet.
Currency conversions, provided at the shopping cart, are for your guidance only, and may not represent the actual amount applied to your credit/debit card by your Bank or Card Company.
Most orders are sent by either 1st class post or next day carrier. We aim to despatch orders received by 2pm (UK) the same day.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, telephone, or letter within the specified period.
Reimbursement would be made as soon as possible but within 30 days and include our normal delivery charge if applicable.
Some items, electrical devices, come with their own manufacturers warranty (e.g. 12 months) this is in addition to the above.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty please return them stating your reason for doing so.
Returns should be made to Health Leads UK Ltd, at our usual address, if necessary we will contact you regarding the safe return of the items. Videos and Books should remain unopened (sealed).
Items returned unopened/unused may be exchanged for goods of the same value, if desired.
