For many years in Scandinavia and Russia Rhodiola Rosea has been used to help with the freezing winters and stressful life. This has now been proved fact with laboratory tests showing that Rhodiola Rosea prevented stress induced changes in apatite, weight gain & physical activity.
The recommended dosage is one to two capsules per day, if taking two capsules per day the 1st should be taken in the morning and the 2nd in the early afternoon. And it is for these reasons that Rhodiola should be taken in the morning as it can interfere with sleep.
