White Willow contains salicin. The medicinal use of willow dates back 6,000 years. Ancient civilizations, such as those in Egypt, Sumer, and Assyria, used willow tree extracts to treat pain and inflammation. Modern clinical trials have found moderate success in treating back pain.

At Health Leads we believe that fillers, bulking agents etc. should not be added and there are many reports showing that these could be harmful. These extra materials are not added to provide nutritional value, they simply make it easier for the main powdered product to flow through the machines used to fill capsules and make tablets. They are also used to prevent the active ingredients from sticking, which makes the machinery easier to clean, and reduces the down time periods required for cleaning. Bulking agents make the capsule look as though it contains more product. However, they also effect the efficacy of the product, therefore we avoid them.

DELIVERY
Most orders are sent by either 1st class Royal Mail or if requested by DPD.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 1.30pm (UK time) on the same day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Next day delivery applies to working days only, guaranteed if a courier is selected and the order is received before 1.30pm.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about keeping an item we understand and we happily accept returns within 30 days, as long as the item is unopened and returned in original condition we are happy to provide a full refund for the item or exchanged for goods of the same value. Please note that due to the hygienic nature of some oral and body care products we are unable to accept items back where the packaging seal has been breached.
