For those who find Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) just too repulsive to drink the answer is — capsules!
Many articles in books or on webpages give the measurement of a tablespoon of Epsom salts. One tablespoon equals 15ml. Depending on the density of a powder 15ml does not always equal 15g. So we went the extra mile and weighed out 15ml (1 tablespoon) of Epsom salts which is 10.8g.
How many capsules is 1 tablespoon? Each capsule weighs 600mg (0.6g), so 1 tablespoon of our Epsom salts is 18 capsules.
