Customers can choose from the following delivery options at the checkout:

DELIVERY TIMES

• 1st Class Royal Mail = 1 - 2 working days
• Express Courier = Next working day* **

*Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland = 2 working days

**Offshore Islands = 2 or 3 working days

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same day. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

SURCHARGES

Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands

Express Courier = £12.98 surcharge

Orders weighing 10 kilos or more, or £100 & above in value, incur the above surcharge.

Mainland

Orders weighing 1.5 kilos or more will be despatched by Express Courier at a charge of £5.90.

Whilst Health Leads UK Ltd. ship to over 70 countries worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc.

Also if any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.
