Delivery

 We work with Royal Mail and Courier service to provide the best delivery service we can. United Kingdom mainland customers can choose from the following delivery options at the checkout:

Orders Under £40

  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £4.65 (Order weight must be under 2kg)
  • Courier Service - £9.40 (For orders over 2kg or as an optional upgrade for orders under 2kg)

Free UK Shipping on Orders Over £40* 

  • Royal Mail 1st Class - for orders under 2kg and under £100
  • Courier Service - for orders over 2kg or over £100

*The Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier Shipping Method will automatically be selected during your checkout. The option selected depends on your cart weight or value as outlined above. Free shipping only applies to UK Mainland orders, more details below.

*Non Health Leads brand items are not included in the free shipping offer.

*Distilled Water and H2O2 cannot be sent with the Free Shipping offer due to liquid weight restrictions, instead Courier service will be automatically selected for you during checkout. 

Courier Delivery

With courier services you will receive a delivery timeslot, you will also be able to track the progress of your parcel on a map. With courier services you will be able to:

  • Notification of delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day.

  • Enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final timeslot

  • Plus in-flight options: alternative delivery date, opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour, parcel left in a specified safe place, collect the parcel from your local Pickup Shop or upgrade delivery.

Dispatch Times

During the week, we strive to despatch your order the day it is placed with us (subject to availability) but orders placed before 1.00pm take priority. Orders received after 1.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.

Public Holidays Closures

We are always closed on Bank Holidays, please expect additional delivery times if you order on or 48 hours before the following dates 

  • Friday, 29th March 2024: Good Friday
  • Monday, 1st April 2024: Easter Monday
  • Monday, 6th May 2024: Early Bank Holiday

 

Delivery Times

  • 1st Class Royal Mail = Usually 2-3 working days

    • Express Courier = 2-3 working days*

      We have negotiated a deal which is designed to keep your postage costs as low as possible. However, we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

    *Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland are excluded

    Surcharges

    Mainland: Orders weighing 1.5kg - 20kg will be dispatched by Courier at a charge of £9.40

    Northern Ireland & Offshore Islands: The Royal Mail says: "You can send mail to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man for the same price as mail to UK destinations. This includes next day delivery for 1st Class mail. Some services are not available or subject to different guaranteed delivery times, however customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man can access all of the UK products via their local postal operator." However, there may be a surcharge for Courier service.

    Outside UK Mainland Delivery Rates

    International Shipping  

    Please be aware that shipping prices/options for non UK orders will be calculated after placing items in the basket. On "View Shopping Basket" you will notice a box entitled "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Enter your destination country and zip code and we will give you a charge based on our Royal Mail and ParcelForce prices. Continue to Checkout and these prices will be confirmed as your shipping price.

    Options Available:

    ParcelForce - Non UK          2 -5 Working Days Delivery*

    A premium courier service from ParcelForce. We aim to get it there within one week but depending on where in the world, please allow up to 15 working days. (All orders dispatched within 24 hours*)

    *We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. *Weekends excluded.

    Whilst Health Leads UK Limited ship to over 50 countries worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for local regulations which may affect the importing of health products into your country. All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. If any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.
