During the week, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.

We have negotiated a deal which is designed to keep your postage costs as low as possible. However, we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Express Courier = Next working day* **
Our contracts with the couriers mean that we can offer GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to most parts of the United Kingdom if the order is placed before 2pm. If your order is sent by Express Courier and you give us your Email address, you should receive an email with notice of a delivery details, so you don't have to stay in all day.
*Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland = 2 working days
**Offshore Islands = 2 or 3 working days
Orders weighing 1.5kg - 20kg will be dispatched by Express Courier at a charge of £7.20.
The Royal Mail says: "You can send mail to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man for the same price as mail to UK destinations. This includes next day delivery for 1st Class mail. Some services are not available or subject to different guaranteed delivery times, however customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man can access all of the UK products via their local postal operator." However, there may be a surcharge for Courier service.
Please be aware that shipping prices/options for non UK orders will be calculated after placing items in the basket. On "View Shopping Basket" you will notice a box entitled "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Enter your destination country and zip code and we will give you a charge based on our Royal Mail and DPD prices. Continue to Checkout and these prices will be confirmed as your shipping price.

A premium courier service from DPD. We aim to get it there within one week but depending on where in the world, please allow up to 15 working days. (All orders dispatched within 24 hours)

All such shipments are therefore at the customers own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any local duties, release fees etc. If any specific requirements exist such as triplicate invoices, specific notices to be visible outside the package, it is incumbent on the customer to pass that information to us when placing their order.
