Trade Orders
Only registered companies and businesses that have their own e-commerce website or physical brick-and-mortar store will be permitted to sell Health Leads products. The use of ‘storefront’ trading on sites such as Amazon and E-bay are not permitted.
If you would like to apply and stock our additive free supplements, please create an account or sign in and enter company details for billing and shipping. Once this is complete, please contact us at sales@healthleadsuk.com, and we will review this information and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Reward Schemes: Trade accounts are not entitled to be enrolled in the reward points scheme
- Retail Multi-Buys: Trade accounts are not entitled to 4 for 3 discounts
Account Details: Billing address needs to be the registered company address.
Account Security: Shipping details are your responsibility to maintain and to select the correct destination on checkout. If more than one shipping address is to be entered on the account, please notify us by email or phone to confirm.
Security of your account is important. If changes in shipping are made in error, we are not responsible or liable for losses.
UK Delivery Charges: For all UK mainland orders, order value below £60.00 and under 2kg is £4.65 via 1st Class Royal Mail, orders below £60.00, equal to or over 2kg must go via courier at £9.40, orders £60.00 or over free delivery, Surcharges may apply to Northern Ireland.
Claims: Breakages and shortages must be notified immediately on receipt of delivery. Non-receipt of order must be notified within 5 days of placing your order. Products cannot normally be returned beyond 30 days from date of despatch.
VAT: Orders will be charged VAT where applicable.
