FAQ: How many capsules is 1 teaspoon?
Many articles in books or on webpages give the measurement of a tablespoon (1tbsp) of Epsom Salts.
One tablespoon equals 15ml. Depending on the density of a powder 15ml does not always equal 15g. So we went the extra mile and weighed out 15ml (1 tablespoon) of Epsom salts which is 10.8g.
Each capsule contains 600mg (0.6g), so 1 tablespoon of our Epsom Salts = 18 capsules.
Each plant source vegetarian capsule contains:
600mg Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate)
Other ingredients: None
We will never use known harmful additives, hydrogenated oil, trans fats, colourants, sweeteners, or excipients such as magnesium stearate.
Rarely we may have to use a natural filler but research carefully those we do use, such as rice flour.
