Epsom Salts are magnesium sulphate (magnesium sulphate) crystals. Epsom salt is named after the English town where it was discovered in an underground spring in the 17th century.
Health Leads Epsom Salts can be used as a food supplement or as a bath salt. It is widely reported to be great for your garden plants. When used in a bath Epsom salts are believed to be helpful in relieving aches and pains related to joints and muscles.
Internal: One teaspoon per day mixed in a large glass of water on an empty stomach. Use under supervision of medical practitioner. External: Sprinkle about half a container into a warm bath and relax for at least 20 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
