Health Leads uses iron from bis-glycinate as it is considered to be the gentlest form iron that is well-tolerated by sensitive individuals. Vitamin C has been included as this increases the bioavailability of iron.
We have also included:
Vitamin B6 - contributes to normal red blood cell formation and may facilitate the incorporation of iron into haemoglobin.
Folate – may counteract any toxic effects of iron.
Vitamin B12 – contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
