What is L-Lysine?
L-Lysine is an essential, basic amino acid, an essential component of Carnitine and is required for the production of Hydrochloric Acid.

Suggested Adult Use
½ teaspoon daily up to a maximum of 8g (under the supervision of a health care professional).
Serving size: ½ teaspoon (1.18g).
1 level 5ml teaspoon (2.36g).
