Selenium is part of the body’s antioxidant defence system, preventing damage to cells and tissues. It can be found in the following food sources: Brazil nuts; bread; fish; meat; and eggs.
The Selenium is taken from SELENOMETHIONINE which also contains Di Calcium Phosphate Anhydrous.
